I originally emailed the company to confirm the colors I wanted. (As another reviewer said, make sure to tie numbers to get the colors you want.) Initially, they sent me the wrong batch of e-mail, but after them a second time, are sent to me from the top of the return envelop bad links and send the correct link. They treated me as a valued customer. I would like to buy from again.
The ties came very quickly, especially during the holiday season. Make sure you choose the colors, it may not be surprising if we do not. Also in the description of the product, make sure you look at the number of colors BEFORE, not after. Not very high quality, but $ 5 for a tie, they're pretty nice. It would be nice if the picture matched the description, but eventually found himself wanted. Overall, I recommend it.
