This product is very misleading. The commercial is so misrepresentative of the product. Nothing about this product is fun. Trends are difficult to interpret and "hand" itself can not destroy a cottonball. Poor packaging. I do not recommend this toy for everyone.
My 9 year old son was so excited for this commercial product. He met me at the door of his money to go right. When the order came in was jumping up and down. When you go from the box, I immediately noticed that it seemed flimsy and the plastic tube was too firm to make it fit into the base properly. After a number of countries, it finally got everything to snap into place. We literally following directions, and it does not work. Pressure does not seem to build up and water is leaking into the database. It was not for us to fix it yourself. Looking online I finally found a phone number for customer service. Manufacturer sighed and said that when he was in a win had assembled and was able to get it to work properly either. They recommended that I go back for a refund, because there is no alternative. My son was in tears.
