My 1-year-old son loves this book really can not believe it! It has a love for reading and expressive faces of the children in this book. I also think that helps him to understand "how he is feeling" even at his young age. On the second day was a little grouchy, and I asked him "are you grumpy? (Which is one of the feelings in the book), and his eyes lit up! Definitely recommend it to just wish it was a board book!
I bought this book for my son who is 2 1 / 2 (and was born with Down's syndrome), so he can learn about feelings and begin to express themselves, to use words like "happy", "angry" or "bad" (instead of cry or shout as the typical Toddler). This book has become his favorite bedtime book, and he does not let me go read any other books! And it still wants me, or sit and turn the pages. Photos in this book are invaluable, large, and right on target, and there are only a few words on the page, perfect for hard to sit still toddlers. I bought it the sense of Book by Park, but the images are cartoonish and not realistic, and he does not like me to read that one. I was a preschool teacher almost 20 years and was the favorite in the class! I highly recommend it if the education in early childhood or parent to help you learn about feelings in young children, so that they can begin to express yourself. I also recommend to parents of children with special needs!
