I bought two of these lamps and are beautiful. Light and shade is attractive only to the light. My surprise was the color of the base. The base is "very" green ….. a surprise to me as the monitor shows that as more of the color of dark gray color with green tones. Is dark green 'Christmas green. All is well as they were Christmas gifts for my daughter who is a "green freak" and loved the light.
